How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Pulse subscription.

Where to manage your plan

Everything about your subscription lives on the Plan page. To get there, click your name at the bottom-left of the navigation, choose Settings, then open Plan. There you'll see your current plan, your Credit wallet (balance, monthly allotment, and next replenishment date), your Watchlist items usage, and a Billing section.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Plan.

  2. In the Billing section, choose the Pro credit tier that fits your usage (see Free vs Pro for the tiers).

  3. Enter a payment method to complete checkout.

Your Pro credits are available immediately after checkout.

Changing your credit tier

You can move to a higher or lower Pro tier at any time from Settings → Plan. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Canceling Pro

Cancel any time from Settings → Plan in the Billing section. After you cancel:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — the page shows your access-end date and that no further charges will be made.

  • At period end, your account moves to Free automatically.

  • Changed your mind before then? Use Resume subscription on the same page to keep your plan.

What happens to unused credits when you cancel

Any credits remaining when you cancel carry over to your Free account. Free accounts are capped at 200 lifetime credits, so if your balance is above 200 you keep your current balance but won't receive additional Free credits on top of it. (Note: Pro monthly credits otherwise do not roll over month to month — see How credits work.)
