Sharing reports with your team

How to share Pulse reports and digests with teammates via Slack, Notion, and more.

Written by John Kotowski

Three ways to share with your team

Pulse gives you three ways to get pricing intelligence in front of teammates: shareable report links, scheduled email digests, and a shared team workspace.

1. Share a research report link

Every research report has a shareable permalink. Open a finished report from Research (click View report), then copy its link and paste it into Slack, Notion, a Google Doc, or anywhere your team works. See How to run a Competitive Landscape report for how reports are generated.

2. Send a scheduled digest (Pro)

Digests are automated bulletins of recent pricing changes, delivered to your whole team on a schedule. To create one:

  1. Click Digests in the navigation, then New digest (or Create your first digest).

  2. Give the digest a name.

  3. Choose what you want under What do you want?:

    • Real-time alerts — an instant email whenever a change is detected

    • Weekly digest — a curated bulletin covering the last 7 days

    • Monthly digest — a curated bulletin covering the last 4 weeks

  4. Pick your Sources — all watchlists, or cherry-pick individual watchlists.

  5. For weekly/monthly digests, set the schedule (day and time, in your timezone).

  6. Add one or more email recipients — press Enter after each address. Everyone you add receives the digest, so the whole team stays informed without logging in.

  7. Optionally turn on Require approval before send — each scheduled run then creates a draft for you to review before it goes out. (Real-time digests always auto-send.)

  8. Click Create digest.

3. Use your shared team workspace (Pro & Enterprise)

Pro and Enterprise plans include a shared team workspace, where watchlists, digests, and senders are visible to everyone on the team. There's no need to recreate the same watchlist for each person — set it up once and the whole team benefits. See Setting up your account for inviting teammates.

Tip

Pair a focused Watchlist with a Weekly digest to give your team a recurring, zero-effort pulse on the competitors that matter most.
